So, Saturday was the grand opening for the first phase of the light rail system which connects Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa! I was so excited! My friend Jason (from Vegas) was here doing some CNN reports about the event so I took him around. We had a great time!Here are some photos:
This was just part of the line at the Mesa end of the track. It was estimated that 150,000 folks got on the train on opening day!!!
